Level 2 · Lesson 6

The 3 Stances: High, Mid & Low

Why your stance should change with the puck: high when it's far, mid in the middle, low when it's close. Plus how to set on time, not early.

In Level 1 you learned one ready stance. In Level 2, your stance changes with the puck: high (reacting) when the puck is far away, mid (ready) at middle distance, and low (crowding) when it's in close. On a sharp angle or behind the net, you use a post stance.
